Top 20 songs of 2005
Welcome to the Third Annual Top 20 songs list (First, Second). The original impotice for this was a watching of the John Cusack Classic "High Fidelity" which, appropriately, I saw just two nights ago. This year's list covered many things from worship songs, to the songs that were anthems for my drive across the country, to the beginning of my internship here at First Presbyterian, To the songs that I have shared with Alyssa as we have been dating and grown close. I hope you will enjoy the list, and have some insight into what my year has sounded like. A brief Refresher on my rules; -No Duplicates from previous years are allowed. -No more than one song per band per year. (I have superceded this rule this year because Five Iron Frenzy released their farewell album, which touched me deeply, as they were one of my favorite bands. Interestingly enough, I got to meet Reese Roper shortly after I started working here.) -To the best of my ability I will cover the entire year, in many Genres, to truly serve the heart of the list. Without Further Ado...
